I want to be open with you all—sometimes, my mind feels like a tangled web of thoughts, and putting them into words isn’t always easy. As some of you may know, I live with schizophrenia, and there are days when expressing myself feels like climbing a mountain. That means some of my posts might be shorter, more picture-based, or simply a reflection of what I can manage in the moment. But fashion, thrifting, and creativity are my anchors, and sharing them with you still brings me joy.

Over the past year, thrifting has completely transformed my wardrobe, allowing me to curate a collection of unique, stylish, and budget-friendly pieces. Sifting through secondhand racks has become more than just shopping—it’s a creative process, a treasure hunt that brings excitement with every unexpected find.

Thrifting has filled my wardrobe with bold prints, rich textures, and unexpected colors, making every outfit feel unique. From vintage florals to funky geometrics, secondhand shopping lets me experiment with styles I wouldn’t find elsewhere—all on a budget.

I’m excited to continue sharing more of my favorite finds, styling tips, and the joy of secondhand fashion, because building a unique wardrobe on a budget is not only possible but incredibly fun. Stay tuned for more thrifted treasures!

XoXo,

Tiffany

I started this blog, A Fashion Salad, as a creative outlet to help with my mental health. Living with schizophrenia, I often struggle with word salad—when my thoughts and speech become jumbled—but fashion has always given me a way to express myself clearly. I hope you enjoy my blog!

XOXO,

Tiffany A.
