Discovering Color Through Thrifting

Thrifting was where I first started taking risks with color. A bright orange sweater here, a floral skirt there—pieces I wouldn’t have touched before suddenly felt interesting. The low stakes of thrifting make it easy to experiment without committing too much. Slowly, I began introducing color and pattern into my wardrobe. I realized that mixing colors and patterns wasn’t as intimidating as I thought. In fact, it was freeing. It's also a very affordable way to make changes to your wardrobe. If you feel stuck, give thrifting a try! It does require patience but it's the best way to invest in your wardrobe.
